In app-pda/libsyncml starting with version 0.4.6 (current stable) the documentation is not generated and installed even if the doc useflag is enabled.

Here is a patch, that fix this.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE="doc" emerge app-pda/libsyncml
Actual Results:  
# ls /usr/share/doc/libsyncml-0.4.6/
ls: cannot access /usr/share/doc/libsyncml-0.4.6/: No such file or directory


Expected Results:  
# ls /usr/share/doc/libsyncml-0.4.6/
AUTHORS.bz2  README.bz2  html

re-enabled proper doc building in 0.5.4. Thanks for reporting.
