I mean, the package of artwork is not unstable. So, why make more work
for yah, and then latter decide if the artwork is stable enough
to be marked stable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -pv kde-meta
2.add unstable package to /etc/portage/package.keywords until one see unstable artwork

Actual Results:
ebuild considers artwork unstable.

Expected Results:
Artwork is just stable, no?

The only problem could be a collision, but the ebuilds don't contain any flag of its own stability.

We stable whole kde versions at once.
So when we stable 4.2.2 we stable it with artwork,
When we stable 4.3.3 we stable it with artwork...
We wont stable those packages separately. Look on it like one huge package named KDE
