mpd-0.15 adds support for midi files via media-sound/fluidsynth which is unkeyworded on hppa, so please either keyword it or mask USE=fluidsynth on media-sound/mpd

package.use.masked for now, as it depends on newer than stable libtool.

Fluidsynth now works with libtool-1.5*

It's a builder-library, it's mpd's fault not to search it from default path, so fixed it this way for mpd:

checking for main in -lsidplay2... yes
checking for main in -lresid-builder... yes
