FROM: http://www2.lm-sensors.nu/~lm78/cvs/browse.cgi/lm_sensors2/README

35	ADDITIONALLY, i2c-2.8.0 is not API compatible to earlier i2c
36	releases due to struct changes; therefore you must NOT ENABLE
37	any other i2c drivers (e.g. bttv) in the kernel.
38	Do NOT use lm-sensors 2.8.0 or i2c-2.8.0 if you require bttv.

Reproducible: Always

Is this really a good solution?
I just compiled some 50 packages, and when I rebooted, I got lots of Oopses.
I had no idea what was going.
Not loading the bttv module fixed the problem though,
but all this had scared for a while.

I don't know what should be done,
but I think a small message is a bit too subtle a solution for such scary problem.
