after I emerge direct rendering packages my cursor is not visible any more. I 
can move the mouse and I can use the mouse (when I see the button change at 
rollover). So the mouse is active but the pointer is invisible. How can I 
reactivate the mouse pointer?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start X-Server
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
the mouse pointer is not visible

Expected Results:  
To have a mouse pointer

Does this fix it, in Section "Device" of /etc/X11/XF86Config?
Option "SWcursor" "True"
