gcc-config-1.4.1 doesn't work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. gcc-config

Actual Results:  
/Users/tetsushi/Gentoo/usr/bin/gcc-config: line 9: /etc/init.d/functions.sh: No such file or directory
gcc-config: Could not source /etc/init.d/functions.sh!


Expected Results:  
Print usage.

EPREFIX had to be added to the path.

Indeed it is totally broken.  I don't understand how it could work for me.

I bumped the wrapper to have the Prefix changes included again.
