Opera 9.64 can't use Java

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any webpage with Java
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Java doesn't work

Expected Results:  
Java works

This is Opera developers bug.

Use attached patch and ebuild to emerge opera-9.64 with Java working.
