dev-libs/icu-4.0.1 fails with:
 * Cannot find $EPATCH_SOURCE!  Value for $EPATCH_SOURCE is:

There is no icu-4.0.1-darwin.patch.
If I copy icu-3.8.1-darwin.patch to icu-4.0.1-darwin.patch then it compiles and appears to work fine.
