Crashes of broken pygtk

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge net-misc/gnome-blog without QT4 USE
2. try add it to gnome-panel - it will fail.
3. run gnome-blog-poster from terminal - will return error

Actual Results:  
Got python error, that tell I've got no module pygtk, but I've got it (few others apps uses it)

Expected Results:  
Should add itself to gnome-panel

File "/usr/bin/gnome-blog-poster", line 2, in <module>
    import pygtk
ImportError: No module named pygtk

Fixed. Need to run python-updater.
