When installing this ebuild, if /opt/bin does not exist it is created with 750 permissions owned by root:games, for the executable inside of bin the permissions would be fin, but the directory itself should be root:root 755.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. /opt/bin does not exist
2. install adom ebuild.
