The referenced linux center in Kazakhstan sell various Linux-related items for several distributions, and they wish to be the vendor for Gentoo related items there. In return, they propose to donate (a percentage of sales?) to the Foundation. I sent their request to our attorneys who handle international licensing issues, and am told they should have a response in a day or so. I have told the linuxcenter that we'd like to work with them and the lawyers are evaluating the request. rane suggested we open a tracker so as not to lose sight of the request, and this is it.

Lawyer gave a provisional approval to move forward, depending on whether the web site looked legitimate or not. As far as we can tell, it is, and I'll coordinate with the lawyer to see how best to protect our trademarks if they think that is an issue.
