I'm not sure, that i filed the bug for the proper package. It's easy to reproduce if use gstreamer based software like gmusicbrowser to playback ogg streams. I've provided an url with a stream where this error occures. u will get data flow errors if you listen to that stream and the song changes. The debian bug is unrelated to you problem... And this is probably an upstream bug.. Can you play it with: gst-launch playbin uri=<filename> ?

Files are not available anymore, gst-plugins-ygly is now version 0.10.19 for 0.10 slot and this bog hasn't been updated in almost 2 years. Closing as obsolete.
