The k3b ebuild currently erroneously has a hard dependency on kdebase, which it does not require. k3b will build an extension for konqueror if kdebase is present, but will omit this if it is not. As such, this dependency should be left up to the user to satisfy. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
