obexftp-0.22 requires rubygems to build successfuly.

It's really odd. I can't reproduce this :-( I unmerged rubygems and all gems and obexftp builds fine. It seems it is not a bug. Oh well.

From what I have found on the net it seems I've had RUBYOPT set improperly.
