it does not run the configure script instead this happens:

Are you sure ou're using the official ebuild from the portage-tree? g15daemon-1.9.5.3-r2 compiled flawlessly on my system some minutes ago.

Yes it was broken but I had the old version of g15daemon-1.9.5.3-r2
Quick question what does the -r# mean?
