booting from the gentoo-basic-1.4-20030806.iso image on a machine with two
ethernet interfaces the 'nodhcp' option is effective only for the first
interface (eth0) but not for the second one (eth1).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot from cdimage with 'gentoo nodhcp'
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
the interface eth1 scans the network lloking for a dhcp server

Expected Results:  
skip the dhcp detection for eth1
