Description Sven Schwyn (svoop) 2009-03-25 17:41:05 UTC
Emerging rubygems-1.3.1-r30 (recommended by the ruby-1.9 ebuild, both hardmasked) is failing, something is not fully prefixed it seems.

>>> Source compiled.
>>> Test phase [not enabled]: dev-ruby/rubygems-1.3.1-r30
>>> Install rubygems-1.3.1-r30 into /Gentoo/var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/rubygems-1.3.1-r30/image/Gentoo/ category dev-ruby
 * RUBYOPT=
/Gentoo/var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/rubygems-1.3.1-r30/temp/environment: line 2414: /usr/bin/ruby18: No such file or directory
/Gentoo/var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/rubygems-1.3.1-r30/temp/environment: line 2423: /usr/bin/ruby18: No such file or directory

As a workaround, temporary symlinking $EPREFIX/usr/bin/ruby18 into /usr/bin does the trick.

Reproducible: Always
