pulseaudio bug http://www.pulseaudio.org/ticket/351 , upstream milestone is v0.15

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable rtp-recv in default.pa
2. Start streaming multicast rtp from a remote server

Actual Results:  
segfault

Expected Results:  
sound starts playing

with this patch and next attached patch (from upstream bug) trp works nicely.

It seems we have pulseaudio 0.9.15 in tree, closing.
