Bug 263667 – kdelibs-4.2.1: Backport of khtml animated image patch

In current KDE 4.2.1, animated images ("gif" images mostly, but probably also other animated image formats) aren't being animated at all with Qt 4.5 due to a khtml bug (this bug was not triggered with Qt 4.4). This bug affects not only web page rendering but all programs using khtml, like instant messengers (Kopete, KMess, etc) that need to display animated emoticons.

The upstream bugs 175858 and 186159 have been closed as FIXED by revision 943999 (http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=943999).

The fix is trivial and I backported it for KDE 4.2.1.  I am attaching the patch as well as the ebuild diff.

I am not sure if it worths to release another revision of kdelibs now cause this fix will be included on upcoming 4.2.2 which will be on tree really soon
