fusil comes with some documentation but the html-files aren't installed

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install dev-python/fusil
2. look at /usr/share/doc/fusil-1.2.1/
3. compare with http://fusil.hachoir.org/trac/browser/trunk/doc

Actual Results:  
/usr/share/doc/fusil-1.2.1/ is almost empty ;-(

Expected Results:  
see ~18 .html files

this should depend on the doc USE-flag
