Description KATO Kanryu 2009-03-24 07:01:22 UTC
I cannot build gcc-4.3.3 or 4.3.2 because of not found a target `real-install-headers-tar' in build/prev-gcc .
So I modified to use `make -f gcc/Makefile` at the target, and solved.

Reproducible: Always

post the full build log. no one else is seeing this error, so unless this change is coming from mainline gcc, it'll have to be reproducible first.

Here is a log.
It seems that other reports have not gone up to be sure.
It reappears in my PC.
If the same fault is found, I will want you to report.
Comment 6 KATO Kanryu 2009-03-29 00:22:36 UTC
gcc-4.3.3-r2 occars the same problem.
Comment 7 Patrick ALLAERT 2009-04-14 11:33:29 UTC
I have the same using sys-devel/gcc-4.3.2-r3
Comment 8 Mark Loeser (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-08-02 22:34:57 UTC
I can't reproduce this, and plenty of people would be reporting this if it were a real failure.

If others can reproduce this, please post here with your build log and `emerge --info`
