Even if the lisdl is clear about the necessity of this useflag in pkg_setup(), the stepmania ebuild would be safer by checking its presence anyway as it already does for opengl.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. build libsdl WITHOUT joystick support
2. try to build stepmania


Actual Results:  
It fails
