updating to sys-libs/glibc-2.8_p20080602-r1 fails

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Why do you use sys-devel/binutils-2.19.51.0.3?
Please emerge sys-devel/binutils-2.19.1-r1 and try again.

Do this and in case it doesn't help, reopen this bug.
