Gnomesword project has changed it's name and old ebuilds in portage are old so here's new one.

I just changed name and bumped version.

Ebuild version bump file, plus sensitivity to a few other USE flags.

I've added an ebuild for the xiphos-3.1 system.  Updates the following:
Description updated to indicate change in name and dependencies.
Homepage to reflect the new project name and location.
Keywords to reflect the system I tested on.
IUSE to include gtkhtml optionally.
RDEPEND to pull the newest version of sword-1.6.0 and add optional requirements for gtkhtml.
pkg_setup to process the different options from the USE flags.

How to add this using /usr/local/portage?
