The Gentoo Bugzilla appears to output invalid XML in some cases. Some minutes ago, I used the "View Bugs Reported in the last 24 hours" link on the main page, and then clicked the XML button. Here's the error I received from my browser (Firefox).

XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
Location: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi
Line Number 1409, Column 1:[31;01m*[0m Cannot find $EPATCH_SOURCE!  Value for $EPATCH_SOURCE is:
