Bug 263179 – net-wireless/wavemon-0.5 version bump

Ebuild for the current (as of 03.21.09) version of wavemon. Several bugs have been fixed:
1) link quality, signal & noise levels are now correctly displayed (there had been an issue with RSSI or something like that, which resulted in showing dBm values subtracted by 256; hence bars were constantly out of range);
2) hystogram is also displayed properly now (for the same reason as in '1)');
3) wavemon no longer prints negative chars in the encrypytion key as FFFFFFXX (see bug 196940).

Please attach diffs when you did changes to an ebuild. That would be much more
handy for our devs :)
