the default /etc/init.d/vboxwebsrv script contains reference to 
--exec /usr/bin/vboxwebsrv

while the actual binary is located at /opt/VirtualBox/vboxwebsrv

So this has to be changed, in order for the vboxwebsrv to start normally.
