I tested a ~x86-macos KEYWORDed pygments-1.0 ebuild in my local overlay and it builds fine with both "-doc -test" and "doc test" USE flags. I did no other changes then "ekeyword ~x86-macos usr/local/portage/dev-python/pygments/pygments-1.0.ebuild" Please consider adding the ~x86-macos keyword to that ebuild.
