When USE="accessibility", qt-gui should compile and install '/usr/lib64/qt4/plugins/accessible/libqtaccessiblewidgets.so'.
The sources are in 'src/plugins/accessible/widgets' subdir inside the tarball, but the current ebuild doesn't unpack them afaics.
