After changing the size of the xfce4-panel below a certain value (for me it is 27) the font size of the task list area and the icon size of the notification are are not decreasing, but it does for the launcher. See the difference between the two attachments

There is probably nothing we can do about this sort of bug. You will need to take it upstream to http://bugzilla.xfce.org/ - please leave a reference here when you do.

Please reopen the bug with an upstream reference. Additionally, I just put 4.6.1 in the tree, try that too.

The problem is still there with 4.6.1
