When emerging dev-util/subversion-1.5.5 with USE=apache2 in prefix, it fails due to double prefix. Patch against ebuild rev 39132 attached.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE=apache2 emerge =dev-util/subversion-1.5.5
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Emerge aborts with double prefix warning/error.

Expected Results:  
Successful merge.
