Emerge of mhonarc-2.6.16-r2 fails.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge mhonarc

Actual Results:

Seems like setting
mytargets="install"
in ebuild fixes the problem.
(This is applicable for earliers ebuilds as well)

The eclass sets mytargets=install again for packages not in dev-perl or perl-core.
