latest Version 0.0.4 Ebuild

Ok here comes the latest Ebuild of this fantastic Download-Manager.
I zipped both Ebuilds,Changelog,Manifest etc. So it is better for the Gentoo
Ebuild Maintainer.

I know the guidelines, that's why I didn't attach a tarball, only the first
ebuild is by me ;-)

thanks suka -- I took your 0.0.3 ebuild and renamed it to 0.0.4
