Bitchx hebrew patch

The patch has been renamed to co-exist with the naming scheme of the other
bitchx patches.

This patch applies cleanly against bitchx-1.0.19-r5.ebuild. I just added the following line to the src_unpack():

epatch ${FILESDIR}/${P}-hebrew.patch || die

I dont think it would hurt to add this patch to the bitchx ebuild. Greg could this patch be included in whith the bitchx ebuild.
