Bug 261792 – =dev-libs/soprano-2.2.1 does not set up java env.

soprano overrides pkg_setup without calling java-pkg-opt-2_pkg_setup,  this results in 

-- Soprano Components that will be built:                                                                                                                                                                    
   * The CLucene-based full-text search index library                                                                      

-- Soprano Components that will NOT be built:
   * Sesame2 storage backend (java-based)
   * Redland storage backend                 
   * Raptor RDF parser                       
   * Raptor RDF serializer

Please see atteched patch for fix.

Looks fine. Apply as you please. And as further note touch anything related to java in kde packages just on notice (something like "i am changing soprano to call java_pkg_setup") no need to request on that (none of us is even competent to work on java i guess) :]
