There is a bug in KDE 4.2.1 quicklauncher applet which is wixed now in trunk.

I have created following patch and in my system it is working as expected. Would it be possible to add it to tree?

Added to the kde-testing. Goes to the tree with tomorow sync of eclasses.

plasma-workspace from kde-testing does not work. Plasma is crashing at startup. Maybe second patch is the rootcause.
