All other packages related to heroes III have been unmasked, which is done as games-strategy/heroes3 ~ppc games-util/loki_patch ~ppc. lib-compat-loki is required to emerge properly. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.unmask and emerge games-strategy/heroes3 for ppc
2.unmask and emerge games-util/loki_patch for ppc
3.Attempt to unmask lib-compat-loki and emerge for ppc

Actual Results:  
Keyword missing in lib-compat-loki

Expected Results:  
Allowed to emerge but ppc isn't enabled.

No it's not.  The ebuild specifically checks for !ppc for lib-compat-loki for the rdep.
