If no lisp-related flags are set, the ebuild uses by default sbcl, but fails to include the readline wrapper in that case.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Don't set any of the list flags (sbcl will be used)
2.Install maxima
3.Check wether rmaxima was installed

Actual Results:  
rmaxima doesn't exist.

Expected Results:  
The default (as per the ebuild) common lisp implementation does not support readline, so the script wrapping maxima w/ rlwrap, rmaxima, should be included.
