Pretty much exactly as the title says. After moving a window (fluxbox-1.0.0-r2, xorg-server-1.5.3), frequently one-pixel-thick black lines will appear on the window. They disappear when the application writes over them.
This bug is not about anything security related. Please post your "emerge --info". Reassigning to bug-wranglers until you provided that information.
