[Just to make sure I got something to track it down with]

The ruby-gdchart package currently has quite a few issues, among which:

 - dodoc failing in the ebuild;
 - builds non-PIC code (TEXTRELs);
 - bundles an internal copy of an ancient library (gdchart) we don't have in portage.

Since the package is a leaf (nothing depends on it), it has been decided to just kill it off.
