The proposed download URI for sun-ejb-spec-2.1 is broken. The following link works for me.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. remove /usr/portage/distfiles/ejb-2_1-fr-spec-api.zip
2. emerge sun-ejb-spec
3. Open proposed link for download
Actual Results:  
A comment about sun having changed the download location and being sorry.
