Description Fadi Adlouni 2009-03-03 12:39:22 UTC
after evolution was upgraded to 2.24.4 due to an emerge -uDN world. it's crashing frequently during daily usage. the main action i can correlate to it, is during switching folders

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. change to another mail folder from current one.
2. then sometimes it crashes.

it doesn't happen very often, but i use my email all the time during work and it happens around 2 or 3 times a day.

Actual Results:
it's crashing.

Expected Results:
shouldn't crash

Comment 1 Gilles Dartiguelongue (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-03-03 13:32:01 UTC
please try 2.24.5 and rebuild needed packages with debugging symbols.

See http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/qa/backtraces.xml
Comment 2 Gilles Dartiguelongue (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-03-07 12:48:35 UTC
Please try evo, eds and gtkhtml .24.5 and open an upstream issue if you can still reproduce this problem.
Comment 3 Fadi Adlouni 2009-03-13 19:33:04 UTC
Hi.

I've upgraded all evolution and it's components to 24.5 and didn't have the crash for a week. so i guess it's fixed now.

Thanks
Fadi.
