Robert Piasek has done a tremendous amount of high quality work related to getting NetworkManager 0.7 into the tree (currently it's still masked, but that is due to an unrelated issue). He has shown strength in working with upstream, other developers, and knows his way with ebuilds, C code and Makefiles. Robert has access to the embedded and kde overlay and it is my understanding both teams have shown interest in his contributions. His commit stats can be found here: http://cia.vc/stats/author/dagger I have been and will be mentoring him, although obviously contributions to kde and embedded are best reviewed by people in those teams. First round of quizzes have been reviewed as well.
Yeah, robert is really usefull and smart guy which can handle himself around slacking ourselfs. If he want he can allways join a kde team and help us with polishing :] Tomas @robert: feel free to poke us if you have any issues when doing quizzes.
based on his commits. The embedded team could also really use the help from somebody that owns a freerunner to push sys-mobilephone and a bunch of other things needed for a standard OM setup to the tree.
I just granted Robert editprivs in Bugzilla.
Robert, I will be your recruiter. Please send approved by your mentor quizzes to recruiters@gentoo.org. After that contact me by IRC or email to schedule the first review session. Note, that each time you'll send something to recruiters@gentoo.org don't forget to add a comment to this bug. Thank you.
I've sent both quizzes to recruiters@gentoo.org Rob
Hi, As requested by pva I've sent updated quizzes and corrected ebuild Rob
Hi, I've just sent another set of updated quizzes and ebuild. Rob
Review sessions passed and LDAP, bugzilla, cvs/svn groups on cvs.gentoo.org, IRC-cloak, LDAP/mail password done. gentoo-core, announcement left. Robert, you need to do: - subscribe to mailing lists with @gentoo.org address - request forum status bump in #gentoo-forums or by mail to forum-mods@gentoo.org (if you have a forums count) - send yourself mail to create .maildir (you should already get first mail from bugzilla with this status update) - add yourself to mail aliases ( like java@gentoo.org ) see /var/mail/alias on dev.gentoo.org - ask team leads to add yourself to herds.xml for the herds you want to join or do it yourself if you have the permission to do so - set lat and lon attributes in LDAP if you want others to know where exactly you are located - set gentooIM if you want people to be able to contact you via other means than email For the mentor: - You are also responsible for the commits of your recruit during the first month so you should watch the commits of your recruit via gentoo-commits mailing list. @infra, please, subscribe dagger@gentoo.org to gentoo-core mailing list.

We are handling his situation now and what packages will keep maintaining
Will send new first mail (only related with packages reassignment) because you haven't committed anything since 2012-10-11 and have bugs assigned to you (most of them are related to paludis, that probably would benefit from trying to get a new co-maintainer with you listed as second at least). Also, a devaway message is missing
Done
Still inactive
- herds, metadatas and bugs cleaned
