The recent ethemes 0.16.8.0.3 ebuild blocks x11-themes/etheme-BlueSteel, as ethemes itself now actually includes the four themes which have their packages in portage.

However, it actually depends on the other three themes (etheme-BrushedMetal-Tigert, etheme-Ganymede, etheme-ShinyMetal) rather than blocking them, and so fails to install due to file collisions.

I'll attach a patch to ethemes-0.16.8.0.3 ebuild, but all that's needed to be changed is a "!" before the other three ethemes.

yeah, looks like i forgot to change all the deps to blockers when i updated
