When I try to emerge dev-libs/libdaemon, I get errors because I do not have doxygen installed:

I guess that the ebuild should configure --disable-doxygen, unless doxygen is actually installed. Or 
perhaps only enable doxygen if the "doc" USE flag is set?

libdaemon ebuild which depends on dev-lib/doxygen and net-www/lynx if "doc" USE
flag is set.
