x11-drivers/xf86-video-geode, please update the drivers with the latest version Reproducible: Always
2.11 series has various issues, including crashes on rotation on some systems of mine, crashes when VGA DDC is in serial port mux mode, and I think a few more things. I can add it p.masked meanwhile soon until these issues are resolved.

I can't run geode driver with Xorg 1.5 and I can't run EXA on 1.3. It would be nice to have this working, even with some problems. Best regards
The in-tree versions work fine with xorg-server-1.5 too... Sorry, will do soon though. There was a new release tarball out recently too without me noticing before, due to no proper announcement, git tagging or anything, that could be added p.masked now.
Bumped to latest version - 2.11.3 This version still crashes for me in development in the specific case mentioned in ChangeLog, but 2.11+ is required for building against xorg-server-1.6+ (or a small patch applied to earlier, which I won't be doing to force myself to fix the crash in 2.11.3 instead), so this is bumped for now, and most regular users won't see the crash anyway, just the improvements. Sorry for the delay. *xf86-video-geode-2.11.3 (09 Jul 2009) 09 Jul 2009; Mart Raudsepp <leio@gentoo.org> +xf86-video-geode-2.11.3.ebuild: Version bump. GeodeLX support now uses RANDR1.2. Bug fixes and compatibility fixes. This version compiles against xorg-server-1.6+. Unfortunately it crashes on startup if the serial port muxed with DDC is in serial port mode (mostly only for development on boards that don't expose the dedicated serial port pins).
