Please enable useflag "flac" by default since it won't play the standard instruments without. I was wandering 2 hours why my instruments wouldn't create any sound until i found my hydrogen was emerged with flac off

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge hydrogen
2.hydrogen
3.load demo song

Actual Results:  
No sound but the metronome sound is output

Expected Results:  
Please add the flac useflag by default
