I'm currently using kde 4.2 with kdeprefix and installed qtcurve-qt4-0.61.2
After installing, the style wasn't made available on kde settings, and thats because it is installed on /usr/lib(64)/kde4, not following kdeprefix

I symlinked the files to /usr/kde/lib(64)/kde4 and everything worked fine

1. Install kde 4.2 with kdeprefix
2. Install qtcurve-qt4

ebuild with support for kdeprefix

I attatched an ebuild with kdeprefix support based on a similair one from Sabayon Linux for an older version of qtcurve. 

I have no experience in writing ebuild, so quality not assured. Works for me though.
