The problem with stable Gnome split Python bindings, stable revelation users will have a dependency problem with the old monolithic bindings. So my suggestion is to mark it stable now and fix the test error later. Revelation works for me fine on x86 and the test failure seems to have nothing to do with the functionality itself.
As far as I understand, this is a version mismatch between the original intltool and the one now available. RESTRICT=test and stabilise, fix it later.
