The fetch restriction on jsr93 says:
 * Please go to
 *  http://java.sun.com/xml/downloads/jaxr.html
 * and download file:
 *  "Java API for XML Registries Specification 1.0"
 * Place the file jaxr-1_0-fr-spec.zip in:

However I cannot find the listed file in any of the download links from there.

There's dev-java/jaxr that's at least related but it seems to pull in jsr93 too. Any way should be possible to find the sources in glassfish and package them properly.

nothing seems to depend on jsr93 nor jaxr so i guess these both packages can be removed from tree. any objections?

They seem to be working with Java 8 and it doesn't do harm to keep them around.
